The Bloomsbury Hotel

The location was great, very convenient to walk to Soho or Covent Garden. Our check-in process was pain-free and made so delightful by the day manager who went out of her way to make us feel welcome and point out all the facilities we might require without us asking. The breakfast is also lavish and I would recommend it for anyone who has some time to spare in the morning for a good meal. Our room was so comfortable and clean, it was a joy to return to every night. Loved the chocolates and snacks provided in the room as well.

This hotel is an unforgettable experience! The hotel staff is amazing. The reception representative Gregory was lovely! The breakfast is wonderful. Every evening high quality chocolate is served by the bed, and a bottle of water and sparkling water. At the entrance to the hotel a pastoral and pleasant atmosphere The water flow in the shower is weak. Peppermint shampoo (a matter of taste) We didn't connect. I want to say that the staff was very helpful and kind, including staff at the reception, cleaning, room service, guards at the hotel entrance. I would love to come back again.

The location of this hotel simply can't get any better. Rooms are ok, in that my initially booked room was super packed and small and I had to upgrade to a superior room, which was very nice and a good size. The night shift manager (Jeremy?) was super helpful and nice and offered me free breakfast after upgrading to the nicer room. Generally, the staff in this hotel are super kind and welcoming. There are also two very nice bars in the hotel, each suitable for a different time/mood, but equally nice. I didn't eat in the restaurant, but could see they had a very nice atmosphere. Overall I highly recommend this hotel for a very pleasant stay in London.

good location as we went to see a show at the dominion theatre, we had a problem with a flapping flag outside our room. so they changed our room to an upgrade. so helpful.. the only other issue. was in the Coral bar.. ordered drinks didn’t arrive had to seek someone out to rectify the matter when they did.. one was missing. unfortunately one of the young men waiting tables, don’t know if his first day. no confidence, didn’t seem to know what to do or how to rectify the situation. We had only just arrived at the hotel so this was our 1st impression. when u spend over £500 for 1 night you are expecting the most amazing experience…

Wonderful location, great interior, and very friendly staff. Nice turndown service, great offer of restaurants and bars inside the hotel. Delicious breakfast and great service at breakfast.
